At BakuTM Swimwear, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your swimwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the swimwear is in its original condition with all tags attached and the hygiene seal unmoved, then place it in the original packaging.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
